The protection of personal data is for Teleaudyt Sp. z o. o. highest priority. Below you will find information on the handling of personal data and the use of cookies.

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The administrator of personal data of Customers and website visitors provided to us voluntarily as part of visits to our website, Facebook profile, as part of the provision of electronic services by the Seller or other services clearly specified in the Regulations and under other circumstances specified in the Regulations, is Teleaudyt sp. . z o. o., ul.   2. Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR") and national regulations in the field of personal data protection, including the Personal Data Protection Act and the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2017.1219, as amended)
  3. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him is processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes; substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form enabling the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  4. The Data Administrator has not appointed a Personal Data Inspector.
  5. It is possible to visit the Administrator's website without providing personal data identifying a natural person. Such personal data is stored after the end of the browser session and, for example, used during the next visit to the website. Providing other personal data is voluntary, but may be necessary to conclude a contract or otherwise to which the person providing the data consents.

§ 2 PURPOSE, SCOPE AND BASIS OF DATA COLLECTION

  1. The purpose of collecting personal data by the Administrator is:
    • Establishing, shaping the content, changing, performing or terminating the contractual relationship between the Service Provider and the Service Recipient consisting in the provision of services via the website.
    • Direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services;
    • Analysis via cookies
  2. The Administrator processes the following personal data of Service Recipients: name and surname; e-mail address; contact telephone number; In the case of Service Users concluding contracts for the provision of services related to improving their physical condition, the Service Provider may require providing other data, including health status. Providing data may be necessary to avoid threats to the health and life of the Service Recipient. This data is never sent electronically and is not provided via the website, but may be stored in the Administrator's customer service programs.
  3. Providing personal data referred to in section 2 is voluntary, but in certain situations it may be necessary to conclude an Agreement for the provision of services related to the improvement of physical condition or an agreement for the provision of Services provided electronically. The scope of required data is indicated in the Teleaudyt Regulations.
  4. The basis for the processing of the Service Recipient's personal data is the necessity for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, consent or the need to implement a contract to which the Customer is a party or to take action at his request before or after its conclusion, as well as direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services.
  5. Personal data provided by Customers will not be made available to entities other than those that have the appropriate legal basis, including on the basis of data processing agreements in a manner no less restrictive than that provided by the Data Administrator.

§ 3 OPERATIONAL DATA

  1. The Administrator may process, using appropriate software, the following data characterizing how the Service User uses the Services (operational data):
    • Markings identifying the termination of the telecommunications network or the IT system used by the Service Recipient;
    • Information about the beginning, end and scope of each use by the Service Recipient of the service provided electronically;
    • Information about the Service User's use of services provided electronically;
  2. Operational data is aggregated and anonymous, i.e. it does not contain features identifying persons visiting the Website and is not disclosed to third parties.

§ 4 THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS THE CONTENT OF YOUR DATA AND CORRECT THEM

  1. The customer has the right to access the content of his data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; What rights the Customer can exercise depends, for example, on the legal basis on which his data is processed and the purpose of their processing
  2. Each person has the right to control the processing of data contained in the Administrator's data set that concerns him/her, and in particular the right to: request supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion, especially if they are incomplete, outdated, false or were collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
  3. In the case of data processing for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to submit a written request to discontinue the processing of his or her data and to object to the processing of his or her data.
  4. In order to exercise the rights referred to above, you can send an appropriate request by e-mail to the following address: kontakt@teleaudyt.pl or in writing to the address of the Administrator's registered office.
  5. Every person has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO, formerly GIODO) if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
  6. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
  7. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and the period required by legal obligations, including 5 years from the date of issue of the last invoice/bill in accordance with the Accounting Act, and in the event of non-payment or other claims, for the period necessary to pursue the claim (statute of limitations). Data provided on the basis of consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
  8. The data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling, i.e. no decisions that produce legal effects for a person or significantly affect them in a similar way will be based solely on automatic processing of personal data and are not related to such an automatically made decision. However, it should be borne in mind that Partners cooperating with the administrator, who are indicated in § 5 of this policy, process data collected via the website in order to target advertising based on Customers' interests. The data that may be transferred includes in particular: IP address (Internet Protocol), geolocation data derived from the Customer's IP address, mobile advertising identifier (MAID) (which allows mobile application developers to determine who uses their mobile applications), mobile application identifier, browser type, browser language, operating system type and the date and time the customer visited the site, site behavior such as the customer's browsing time and interests, the relevant URL and the web searches the customer uses to locate and visiting the website, information about the customer's use of tools (e.g. to search for specific content on the website) offered by the Administrator's Partners, which may be made available on the website. This data allows you to create marketing profiles of advertising recipients and analyze the functionality of the website in order to adapt it to customer preferences.
  9. The data specified in section 8 is collected via cookies. Information on the use of cookies, as well as on the possibilities of managing cookies, including blocking their use, can be found in § 5 of this policy.

§ 5 USE OF COOKIES

  1. Cookies are small text and numerical files placed on the User's computer when visiting a website. Cookies enable websites to recognize your computer. In most cases, these files do not enable identification of the network user's identity. Cookies do not cause any damage to the User's computer and do not contain viruses.
  2. Two types of cookies are commonly used - session and persistent. Session cookies are temporary files that remain on the user's device until logging out of the website or turning off the browser. Persistent cookies remain in the user's device memory for the time specified in their parameters or until they are manually deleted.

The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular protects data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction in accordance with applicable law.
