Thanks to this, you have access to them from any device and can easily share them with other people. You don't have to worry about data loss or version conflicts. You can also use the version history feature to restore your documents to previous states.

- To create a new document in Microsoft Word, you need to click the "File" button in the upper left corner of the screen and select the "New" option. You can then choose one of the available templates or start with a blank document. To save your document, you need to click the "File" button and select "Save" or "Save As". You can also use the Ctrl+S keyboard shortcut.
- To edit your document in Microsoft Word, you need to use the toolbar at the top of the screen, which contains various tabs and buttons. You can also use the context menu that appears after right-clicking on any element of the document. To change the view of your document, you must use the view bar at the bottom of the screen, which contains options such as "Page Layout", "Print Preview", "Reading Mode", and more.
