A qualified electronic signature is a tool that allows you to completely replace a traditional, handwritten signature.
Thanks to the electronic signature, when completing formalities, you will not have to go to many places in person, for example standing in queues at the post office or at the office.
Electronic signature is available in three types: regular, advanced and qualified.
Only the latter will have the same legal force as a handwritten signature.
The benefits of having a qualified electronic signature include:
- Speeding up work and improving document flow.
- Increased data security.
- Saving time and money.
- Possibility to sign electronic documents.
- Building the company's credibility
